PREVENTION!! I can't stress that enough. Focus on strengthening your abdominals and quadriceps. Your abdominals are a beautiful work of art. Giving a beautiful view when they are toned and defined. Understandable that through daily living, they get neglected or slightly

abused with our food choices. But defeat will not be in our vocabulary! Get up and move them. Ten minute abs a day will improve and strengthen these muscles.
Your quadriceps are the largest and strongest muscles in your body!. You need these for obvious reasons. To walk. flexible and strong muscles protect you from injuries and also protect your heart. So get up and do at least 10 minutes of squats, 30 minutes of walking, and 10 minutes of stretch daily!
