Stretching

I started my journey for health about two years ago. One of the first things I started doing was stretching. Mostly in my neck area because of all the pain I was feeling. The pain subsided. Then I started doing full body stretches. I started noticing the muscles on my legs taking shape. I thought, "those type of results just from stretching?". That small change motivated me to continue. I loved the results I was seeing.
Stretching strengthens and conditions the muscles. Stretching hurts and it forces an isometric pose on the muscle. Activating many muscle fibers at once.
Stretch 30 minutes a day. Try it once a day. Then move into to at least twice a day. We have one body. Lets take care of it!
