Do I dare use the word cure? I always stress the importance of prevention. But at some point, we all will cross over the point of no return with multiple things that will have us looking for help. A cure.
Well in the last 3 years I have cured myself of the following conditions:
High Blood Pressure
IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Anxiety
Obesity.
Yes it is very possible to cure yourself of these things. I did seek physicians for these conditions and no, was not happy with what they offered.
I had to seek my Lord. Reading the bible taught me so many things, but one thing it did for sure was discipline me. I no longer wanted to be that irresponsible person who took nothing serious.
The first thing I did was buy myself a coffee maker. No more spending $7 a day on fancy sugary coffees.
Second thing I did, was workout daily. that cured me of the IBS and obesity.
I realized sitting down after every meal irritated my stomach.
The last thing I wanted to do was end up on a roller coaster of medication trying to correct each problem. When the power is literally in our hands!
It's very possible to turn things around for the better. It is good for our bodies and minds!
God wants to bless and give us the life He created for us to enjoy.
