Want to save time, money, improve health, prevent colds, improve school and work attendance, and improve overall mental health? Wake up with a positive mind and fill it with nutrients. Like the old saying goes " you are what you eat ". Our bodies depend on vitamins and nutrients along with other life needed elements. So, wake up 30 minutes early. Do stretches and / or yoga, get ready for school or work, leave your house stress free with plenty of time. Stop off somewhere and go for a pleasant walk. Clear your mind and appreciate all that's around you. Take a deep breath and be glad. In all things, bless the LORD.
