Snacks are the key to managing your digestive system.
Pack healthy snacks. Everyday I pack different types of nuts. Walnuts, almonds, peanuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, and pecans. These are so healthy and great for on the go. I sit at a desk. But there are a lot of people who’s jobs require them to be out. That’s why these huts are a great snack choice. They don’t need to be heated or refrigerated.
I usually snack about an hour after my breakfast. They are fun and healthy! They are packed with vitamin E, fiber, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. Also rich in omega 3s. Which you want it from a food source not a tablet.
I have lost 10 pounds and feel much healthier and there is no guilt after my snack.
