Per the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other sources, people in the US are potassium deficient.

Potassium deficiency can lead to heart palpitations, arrhythmias, and heart failures. Also can lead to muscle weakness and cramps.

I can't stress prevention enough! Most problems can be resolved with a balance diet.

Many plusses to consider when you take your health seriously.

Potassium has an atomic number of 19. Which means it has 19 protons and one electron. On the Periodic Table, it's letter is K. It's highly reactive with oxygen and water, forming compounds and generating heat.

Not too sure how that will work in the body, but here's the good news. You don't have to worry about it too much. Your digestive system knows what to do!! For you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
