Mental Health Awareness Month

One of the biggest challenges I faced going through my mental health obstacles were my thoughts.
I prayed for better control on my thoughts. I started filling my time with reading my bible, looking for more positive things to follow on social media, changing conversations with family and friends, and switched my tv time to instructional videos on You Tube. My thoughts improved. I am no longer trapped in my thoughts.
A great exercise is
take a walk outside.
Stop and literally smell the roses.
Meditate on the outdoors.
Be Still & Consider.
