Consider....a lifestyle change!

We have to stop looking at food as the enemy. Our bodies are eating machines! Eating should be done with happiness in the heart. But you have to make healthy choices. It takes work. Do not look for the overnight quick diet methods. Instead work for it!

According to Suzanne Phelan, Ph.D, these changes get easier over time. If you can stick a healthy lifestyle change for two years, chances are you will stick with it for a lifetime.

I have been on my lifestyle change now for over two years and I can honestly say I don't miss my old eating and I love the new me.
